Maple Tree Tapping for ACS

Today Kristen took us to see the Maple Tree Tapping process that she is overseeing for Group 2 at Avery Coonley School.  It was really fascinating to see how the sap is collected.  She's working really hard to make this 80+ year old tradition a successful experience for the second-graders at ACS!
