For only the second time since I started teaching in District 99, school has been closed due to snow. The mid-west is getting socked with a major winter storm. Snow is coming down at a rate of 2" per hour at this point.This is Penny's first snow-fall, so we're pleased for her that it's a good one. She has already enjoyed some frolicking in the back yard.
