Understanding Colors

Today I took Miles and Emery out to lunch solo. At the end of lunch Miles requested a stop in the washroom. Emery and I of course went with him. We entered the stall. Here's what transpired:

Miles: "Look Dad! The water in the toilet is BLUE!"

Dad: "Sure is son."

(Miles proceeds to ... well ... use the toilet.)

Miles: "Dad!!!!! The water is turning GREEN!"

Dad: "Yes, it certainly is son."

Miles: "Emery ... look! Did you know that when you add YELLOW and BLUE ... you get GREEN?!?!"

Emery: "Yes I did Miles."

Other guy in the next stall: "Sounds like an artistic family ..."
