Today I worked on getting the "Light Saber" craft ready for the 21
young "Padawan Learners" that will be invading our star-ship at 1:30
PM. Found this idea on-line, and it has been fun to put together.
I cut 2" diameter PVC pipe into 4" long pieces. Wrapped them each
with metallic tape, and then did the edges in black electrical tape.
Purchased 60" swim noodles from a swim store, and cut them in
thirds. Twist it all together and instant light saber! Each child
is going to get a sheet of Star Wars stickers to decorate their handle.
