Today we ran several errands with the entire family. Miles - given his new interest in reading - likes to identify as many businesses and restaurants as he can as we drive around town. At one intersection - while stopped at a red light - he looked to his right and said, "The blue building is Burger King!"
"Nice reading," said Dad.
Then, looking to his right, he said "That one says 'Hooters.'"
"What's Hooters?" asked Emery.
"Well, that's not a restaurant we'll be going to," replied Dad.
"Why not?" asked Emery.
"Well, the people who serve the food don't dress very well. They don't wear enough clothes," said Dad.
"I definitely want to go there when I'm older," said Miles.
'Oh my' ... thought Mom and Dad.
