My beloved is enjoying her afternoon slumber (a.k.a. 'a well deserve vacation nap'), and Miles and Emery are engrossed in a friendly game of "Go Fish." It gives me a chance to read a little, and upload some pictures from our late morning hike.

Our first hike this morning was great fun. The wildflowers are in their full glory this week. I think my favorite part was the light filtering through a birch forest we came upon. (Correction: Aspen trees.)
