Turkey Day Run - Bonfield Express

We ran/walked the 'Bonfield Express' this morning in downtown Downers Grove. Over 4,000 participants this year, all raising money for education scholarships in the name of my former teaching colleague, Jim Bonfield.

Miles and Brayer ran/jogged/walked. Miles finished in exactly 53:00. Brayer was 53:01.

Emery, Kristen, G-Bird, Papa and Penny ... well, they came in last. Really. They were picking up the barricades behind them.

What a fun way to start Turkey Day!!
