We enjoyed a great concert last night, taking in Ben Folds and the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra at the historic Chicago Theatre. Folds was, as expected, a terrific entertainer, and the CYSO played lights-out GREAT as his backing 'band.' Our balcony seats were perfect for us as it gave both Miles and Emery a chance to watch the Horn and Percussion sections in action.
Miles is definitely excited to join the CYSO organization next fall, and last night's concert added to the anticipation in a very positive way.
