Today's post will focus mostly on Emery; Miles was a little under the weather today, and wasn't feeling very much like being photographed. After a leisurely breakfast this morning we packed up the car and we headed to Balboa Island with the Rees family. While doing some window shopping we found a new hat for Emery to keep the sun off her face and neck. She wanted pink; what a surprise! We also enjoyed a pizza lunch on the island, and some carnival rides. We walked on the pier and the kids enjoyed seeing the ocean. Tomorrow we head to the beach for some actual time in the sand and surf!
