Skywalker

This morning Addison took the children and me to Skywalker Ranch. We all enjoyed seeing the sound stage, mixing studios, and the new addition that was recently completed on the building. Addison let both Miles and Emery sit at the mixing consol, and Miles tried his hand at sliding the faders on the board while gazing at the big screen.

We also had a chance to visit the animals at the ranch. Miles and Emery both enjoyed seeing/petting the horses. We saw goats, sheep, chickens, and long-horned cows. Emery kept asking to see the monkeys and the polar bears; we tried to explain that they didn't have these animals at the ranch, but she was very persistent. Finally she gave in, announcing to us that the monkeys and the polar bears were sleeping.
