This was the third year for Miles, and the second year for Emery, to march along side the District 99 Marching Band in the Downers Grove Independence Day Parade.
They really enjoyed it today. They are both old enough now that many families that they know from church, school, pre-school and the neighborhood yelled to them and waived while they marched by. They just lit up every time they saw someone they knew. I think they felt like celebrities! Good times.
