Happy Independence Day.
When I shaved my head last fall for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation fundraiser, someone tossed me a silver wig back-stage and snapped a picture. I think it works particularly well with this Jib-Jab.
I was up early (4:45 AM) to serve my shift monitoring the fire pit that fuels the pig roast down the street. Sunrise was beautiful, and the birds tranquil. The radar, unfortunately, is showing a strong line of storms headed our way in a couple of hours. Just in time - I suspect - for the parade line up. Keeping my fingers crossed the rain somehow misses Chicago.
