I think I am one of the few middle aged adults that has not either 1) read the Harry Potter series, or 2) have children who have. Tonight, I have embarked upon a goal/journey to rectify both.
Miles, Emery, Kristen (a repeat customer), and I read Book 1, Chapter 1. I was struck by a quote near the end of the first chapter by Professor McGonagall. She says, "He'll be famous - a legend - I wouldn't be surprised if today was known as Harry Potter day in the future - there will be books written about Harry - every child in our world will know his name!"
