This morning I found $12 tickets online for tonight's Chicago Fire game, and decided to make a spontaneous purchase. Kristen already had plans for tonight; Miles had already invited Mickey to spend the night. So it was an easy quartet.
It was the first 'Fire' game for Miles and Emery, and we all had a great time. The experience was of course helped by the fact that Chicago scored quickly (2 goals within the first 10 minutes) and ultimately won 4-1. We also had seats very close to the field, which the kids enjoyed.
The last picture was taken as the kids waived their flags for the TV camera and made it onto the video scoreboard.
